Morning People / Night People

      There are some difference between the morning people and night people, some people follows the maxim of early to bed, early to rise that we call “ morning people”, whereas others seem to get along fine five or six hours a night and prefers to stay up late that we call “night people” also “night owls”.

      For example, morning person need to get a lot of sleep. In contrast, a night person gets little sleep. a second habit of difference is that morning person feels bright and cheery to be ready to face the day in the morning even before having a cup of coffee, however night person energetic at night, feels to function better and often very productive during the evening hours, and sleep in the next morning when it is possible, when it is not, they try to find time to take a nap if they need it. Night people often feel tired and cranky at the breakfast table in the morning.

      Morning people always take positive think and activity way to their life, but night people reverse because their living style and thought.
