     How to understand and management emotions by myself, it is a hard work for us .they called it EQ control,it is really hard for me to control ,but I try to study how to dominate and manage,now I find some information from internet to improve how to make it work efficiency,I am still trying to…
     Why I am talking about that, because I was angry few days ago, and I did not know how to find the solution for that, it was a problem that I try to figure out,it may probably help me to improve my shortage, so I read more,information and browse relate magazines, this is new challenge to learn how to control emotion by myself.and then I am thinking about what's happened, and re-play imagines again and again in my mind,I do not feel angry anymore,
     You may feel that was funny, because that is just a tiny problem for you, that's all.learn how to ignore it, that annoys things will be gone soon. do not focus on that point,we should look the problem positive and you will solve it easily, and learn more good experiences for every things that you met.
